Paul Foote is a landscape artist born and bred in Westport (Buller) on the wild west coast of New Zealand’s south island.

Here the spectacular coastline, abundance of lush native forests, pristine rivers and snow clad mountains has inspired Paul to paint the local, scenery.

Paul has recently moved from Christchurch to the Bay of Plenty. He has just completed a year of travelling through Asia and Europe and is now back home in New Zealand.

His regular tramping expeditions into New Zealand’s backblocks have

provided the inspiration for him to paint the more out of the way landscapes.

He can always be contacted and would enjoy speaking about his art.
